These townhouses are a contemporary “Upstairs/ Downstairs”. The lower level is zoned as a commercial property while the upper is a large, well-appointed home. The marketing communications program was designed to introduce this new concept to a largely suburban marketplace.
Upon the completion of the first phase, an advertising series was launched featuring the LiveWork owners and their businesses. The goal was to generate sales for both the second building phase and to promote the businesses owned by those who were now living and working in the community.
